Overview

You can control how and when you’re notified about new conversations from your assistant. You can choose to be notified by email, text, or both, and decide whether alerts are sent for all conversations or only qualified leads.

How You’ll Be Notified

Under How do you want to be notified, you can choose from:
  • Email — Send notifications to one or more email addresses
  • Text — Send notifications to a phone number via SMS
  • Email and Text — Send both email and SMS alerts

When You’ll Be Notified

Under When do you want to be notified, choose:
  • Only with qualified leads – You’ll only be notified if the assistant identifies the person as a qualified lead (e.g. they express interest, share contact info, and meet your criteria).
  • After all chats – You’ll receive notifications for every completed conversation, whether qualified or not.
You can customize what qualifies a lead by adjusting your criteria in Advanced Options.

CRM Integration

Want to automatically sync your leads to an external CRM system? You can set up a CRM integration to automatically send new contacts and conversation data to your CRM. This integration uses the Zapier API key found on this Notifications page and allows you to connect with thousands of popular CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and other tools.
