> Configure your assistant's text messaging settings

## Phone Number

Your assistant uses the same phone number for both calls and texts. The phone number is managed in [Phone Settings](/assistant-setup/phone).

To edit your phone number, go to [Phone Settings](/assistant-setup/phone).
